• Refunds are not provided for delivered predictions (see Refund Policy)
• We are not responsible for MPESA network issues or bank delays

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same predictions
• Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver predictions within 5 minutes of confirmed payment

• Technical Error: If our system error causes incorrect billing

• No Fraud: Not attempt to defraud or compromise our systems
• No Abuse: Not harass our staff or other users
• Age Verification: Maintain truthfulness about your age

Our Content: All predictions, analysis methods, website content, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of JackpotGuru and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access our website for personal use

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our predictions
• Reverse engineer our prediction algorithms

• Accuracy Guarantees: No guarantee of prediction accuracy
• Financial Advice: Our service is not financial advice
• Betting Success: No promise of betting success or income
• Third-Party Services: No responsibility for betting platforms or MPESA
• Technical Issues: No guarantee of uninterrupted service

• Financial Losses: Any losses from betting using our predictions
• Direct Damages: Loss of bets, winnings, or opportunities
• Indirect Damages: Stress, emotional distress, or reputational harm
• Consequential Damages: Loss of business or income
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed KSh 49 (the amount paid for predictions)

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your betting activities and decisions
• Any content you submit to us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of our staff or systems
• Illegal activities
• Underage use

You may terminate: By discontinuing use of our Services. Note that predictions already paid for and delivered are not refundable upon termination.

2. Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation through a recognized Kenyan mediation service
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya
4. Court Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via:

• Email if provided

Continued Use: Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
